Will hold their regular monthly meeting,

“MONDAY”, MARCH 1ST, 2010 at “7:00” P.M.

in the

CONFERENCE ROOM OF THE MADISON COUNTY ENGINEER’S

OFFICE AT 825 U.S. RT. 42 NE, LONDON, OHIO 43140.

The property owner or a representative “MUST BE PRESENT” or no action will be taken on the case.

An additional fee will be required to reschedule the case.

1.      10-02 – George Lassel, property owner/applicant, 300 Glade Run Road, West Jefferson, Ohio 43162, requests permission for a left property line variance from 30’ down to 10’ to construct a 40’x39’ pole building at the above location in Deercreek Township.  (Parcel 819 – Aerial – 47 – VMS 6644 – Tax Pin #: 05-00227.001)
