The Wraparound Process Is A Research Based Model Whereby Plans For Services Are Based On Individualized, Strength Based, Needs-Driven Planning And Service Delivery.
Family Support Services (Family Stability), Provision of Case Management And Direct Services To Families Designed To Improve Family Functioning; Development And Integration Of Family Service Plan Identified Needs And Goals.
Families Together Crisis Stabilization (Abuse Prevention) Provision Of Short Term Crisis Stabilization Services To Families In Distress To Prevent Child Abuse And Neglect.
Jumpstart Service Coordination (Municipal Court Outreach) Service Coordination For Individuals Ages 18 And Over Referred Through Municipal Court Who Can Benefit From Service Coordination And Family Support Services.
