All plat maps have to be original from signature to stamping Plat size to be no smaller than 12" x 18" and no larger than 17 1/2" x 23 1/2"

An online application that allows the searching of documents that are recorded in the Madison County Recorder's Office

Please Note: Our deeds are scanned and on line from March 1, 1920 to present. Our mortgages are indexed from July 17, 1964 to present and scanned from September 25,1968 to present. All of our books are still in office for you to follow up with if you have any questions on a recording.
