 Passports

The Madison County Clerk of Court serves as a Passport Acceptance Agency for the U.S. Department of State. The Clerk's Office accepts walk-in passport applications Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Forms related to filing a Petition for Domestic Violence Protection Order or Petition for a Civil Stalking Protection Order may be found on The Ohio Supreme Court’s website.  See http://www.supremecourt.ohio.gov/JCS/domesticViolence/default.asp

Pursuant to Court order, Petitions filed before 11:30 am during a Court business day will be considered by the Judge or Magistrate at 11:30 am.  Filings after 11:30 am will be considered at 11:30am the following business day.
