Medical Reserve Corps

The Madison County Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) is a volunteer group of medical and non-medical professionals who are ready to support local emergency response activities. The Madison County MRC was established in 2006 and currently has over 400 registered volunteers. Volunteers may assist by providing community education or serving at mass dispensing clinics or shelters. All volunteers receive free training in emergency preparedness and response. Requirements to Volunteer
1. Must be 18 years of age or older.
2. Must comply with all MRC training requirements.
3. Must ensure Ohio Responds profile is complete with all times.
4. Must comply with the Madison County MRC Code of Conduct and Confidentiality Policy.
5. Medical Volunteers must be a practicing medical professional and maintain an active license to practice.
